The PCMAS helps care partners and memory care professionals create person-centered care plans by identifying remaining abilities and interests in those living with mid-to-late stages of dementia. In alignment with a Montessori approach that stresses engagement and error-free learning, the PCMAS provides comprehensive information that can be used to develop a person-centered care plan.
